Overview

As a Bilingual Clinical Support Specialist at Hazel Health, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers and families in a telemedicine setting, ensuring effective communication and assistance.

In Short

  • Support Hazel’s Physical Health provider team with phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage internal communications and create job tickets for school needs.
  • Provide interpretation and translation services for telehealth visits.
  • Answer questions from parents/guardians and relay information to providers.
  • Troubleshoot technical difficulties and escalate when necessary.
  • Identify process improvements with the Clinical Operations team.
  • Act as a liaison between providers, parents, students, and school personnel.
  • Provide back-up coverage to other support staff.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Work autonomously with attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service skills are essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
