Overview

As a Sales Support Representative at JayWay Travel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting the sales team in their daily tasks, all while working remotely.

In Short

Complete daily follow-up calls and emails with clients.
Assist the sales team with their workload.
Respond to inbound calls and new leads.
Maintain organized workflows and follow sales processes.
Work on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM EST.

Requirements

Native English speaker with excellent writing and speaking skills.
Experience in customer care or call center roles.
Flexible availability for afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and familiarity with European geography.
Travel experience within Europe is a must.
