Requirements

• Permanently based in Sorrento, Italy.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• At least 2 years of experience in tourism or hospitality.
• In-depth understanding of Italy’s culture and geography.
• Skilled in customer service and effective communication.
• Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about travel.
• Available during the day to support travelers.
• Comfortable using cloud-based tools and apps.
