In Short

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical and functional support via various channels.

  • Collaborate with engineering to identify, test, and fix software issues.
  • Learn about program admins and their business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and support teams.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for internal and external use.
  • Monitor ticket trends for potential product enhancements.
  • Share ideas for ticket prevention and deflection.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Technical Customer Support or Software Support role.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS applications.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
