FSA/HRA Technical Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Flex/HRA Technical Analyst is responsible for providing quality service by accurately reviewing and processing flex/HRA eligibility and payroll data, while responding to client inquiries.

In Short

• Review and modify flex/HRA data in the proprietary system.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, brokers, and co-workers.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll data processing.
• Maintain assigned flex/HRA work queues.
• Create and send customized reports.
• Resolve eligibility and payroll issues.
• Document inquiries and resolutions thoroughly.
• Track inventory and turnaround times.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years in customer service and production-driven environment.
• Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Flexible and open to process improvements.
• Ability to learn new systems and use MS Excel/Word.
• Preferred: experience in FSA/HRA environment.
• Preferred: college degree.
