Overview

The Client Manager at Luminare Health is responsible for managing client relationships within the Alternative Delivery Model, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting a range of clients through implementation and ongoing service delivery.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with clients in the Alternative Delivery Model.
  • Support up to 12 clients with 2,000 - 10,000 employees.
  • Work with sales executives during finalist presentations.
  • Maintain senior management level contact with client representatives.
  • Ensure service delivery of Luminare Health products and services.
  • Participate in internal projects as needed.
  • Responsible for retaining and growing the assigned book of business.
  • Requires travel for client interactions.
  • Remote role with specific state residency requirements.
  • Strong focus on professional development and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of client management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior executives.
  • Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
  • Familiarity with benefit-related federal laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Preferred: College degree and state insurance license.
