In Short

  • Build and optimize growth ops for marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Analyze and report growth funnel metrics.
  • Manage operational tools and be the primary contact for tool-related queries.
  • Onboard and train teams on internal tools and CRM processes.
  • Provide data expertise for internal and external data sources.
  • Solve operational challenges with data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity through documented processes.
  • Lead project management with clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Report operational impact on growth team performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales/revenue/growth operations or technical data-related roles.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Experience in managing complex projects is a plus.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
