In Short

  • Lead strategic business growth for Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customers.
  • Work directly with existing customers to create business value.
  • Close sales opportunities and ensure renewals.
  • Drive customer engagement and expansion of Lucid suite adoption.
  • Build personal relationships with existing accounts.
  • Create reliable forecasts for transparency with management.
  • Display innovative thinking in outbound prospecting.
  • Meet team standards for activity and accountability.
  • Work in a hybrid model, with some days in the office.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of closing experience in a tech/SaaS environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
  • Office presence required two days per week in South Jordan, UT.
