• Manage operational supply of community hosts and moderators.
• Ensure optimal active hosts for 1:1 Audio/Video calls.
• Develop talent pipelines and coordinate resources.
• Oversee daily operations of audio/video sessions.
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics.
• Implement training programs for hosts and moderators.
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Develop strategies for community growth and expansion.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to hosts.

• Fluency in Kannada is preferred.
