In Short

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing GRC expertise and Risk Cloud product advice.
  • Track customer health scores and engage unhealthy customers proactively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive expansion opportunities and ensure retention.
  • Become an expert on the Risk Cloud platform and articulate its value.
  • Conduct effective meetings with customers over web conference.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in GRC or Risk Advisory, risk management, compliance, or audit.
  • Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts.
  • Passion for SaaS applications and understanding of Risk Cloud platform.
  • Great people skills and ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • A drive to learn and understand customer problems.
