In Short

• Collaborate across IT and Security functions to mature access management practices.
• Top-level escalation for technical issues across all internal SaaS platforms.
• Drive technical administration and configuration management in a cloud-based environment.
• Lead and maintain Okta integrations with core applications.
• Configure and manage SAML, SCIM, and OAuth integrations.
• Develop and manage RBAC frameworks for automated user provisioning.
• Design secure authentication architecture using various tools.
• Support SCIM bridge hosted on GCP.
• Troubleshoot identity and access-related escalations.
• Produce internal technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT operations experience with 2+ years focused on Okta administration.
• Okta Certified Administrator or higher certification.
• Experience with GCP and AWS.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAML, SCIM, and OAuth.
• Proficiency in RBAC design and least privilege access models.
• Experience with user sync and attribute mapping.
• Familiarity with Zscaler ZIA.
• Experience with Okta Workflows and Zapier.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• A passion for scalable and secure IT practices.
