Manager, GRC Content & Strategy - Remote

In Short

• Define and execute the vision for GRC content and pre-built solutions.
• Drive the strategy, development, and delivery of best-in-class resources.
• Establish yourself as a GRC thought leader and mentor a team.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of high-quality Risk Cloud solutions content.
• Serve as a GRC subject matter expert for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead research into GRC trends and regulatory changes.
• Communicate the GRC content strategy to all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive go-to-market success.
• Manage and develop a team of GRC Content Associates.
• Identify new opportunities for content development and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GRC fields (Risk Management, Compliance, etc.).
• Experience with common cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex GRC concepts into actionable strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience with GRC SaaS platforms is desirable.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for research and optimization.
