  • Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads.
  • Use HubSpot to manage interactions and keep records updated.
  • Participate in projects to improve sales operations and processes.
  • Exchange ideas with the sales team for improved performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for web-based solutions.
