Closing Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Closing Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Closing department, focusing on Wires, Funding, or Scheduling, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

In Short

• Manage receipts and disbursements of funds.
• Book incoming wires properly.
• Review outgoing wires for accuracy.
• Check daily reports for wire transactions.
• Assist funding team with banking issues.
• Upload disbursement documents into the system.
• Handle signing requests and follow up on outstanding items.
• Communicate with lenders and notaries regarding scheduling.
• Assist closing team with signing issues.

Requirements

• Mortgage experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to Irvine, CA or Rochester, NY full-time.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
