Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing top-notch customer service while addressing general mortgage inquiries, concerns, and assisting with light collections as necessary. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to deliver quick and effective solutions to customers.

In Short

• Handles inbound and outbound calls for delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• Mortgage servicing experience required.
• Experience with escrow and MSP/Black Knight is a plus.
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's Degree or similar preferred.
• Position is currently fully remote with potential hybrid model in the future.
