Overview

The Contact Center Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing outbound sales team in a fast-paced, remote environment, focusing on team engagement, performance, development, and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in call center leadership, preferably remote.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and sales lead generation.
  • Proven success in a remote management role.
  • Strong understanding of metrics and contact center technology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues proactively.
