Overview

The Partner Manager at Brightmine will be responsible for establishing and securing long-term partnerships in the HR compliance space, focusing on content licensing integration deals.

• Join a new sales team as its founding member.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in B2B data/information or software sales.
• Experience in winning new reseller relationships.
• Knowledge of HR technology/services is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams.
