In Short

  • Build relationships with Livestorm's customers ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Management Team to manage your customer portfolio.
  • Nurture and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic territory plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and convert pipeline.
  • Grow business through rigorous business management execution.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with top decision-makers at C-levels.
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams to sign multi-year strategic agreements.
  • Meet core KPIs around pipeline coverage progression and general activity.
  • Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer KPIs and challenges.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
