An exciting job role has recently become available in Cornwall. They are looking for a Team Manager to join their Adult Team.

• Attend and chair a range of meetings as required.
• Oversee the timely completion of assessments to facilitate hospital discharge.
• Create flow and utilize support planning skills to commission support and care.
• Manage the completion of needs assessments.
• Undertake managerial actions such as complaint investigation and staff management.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
