Overview

Liquid Personnel are looking for a Practice Supervisor to join their East Children and Families Team in Bradford.

In Short

• Set standards, motivate, nurture, and mentor staff.
• Undertake practice development projects.
• Provide management cover in the absence of the team manager.
• Oversee audit activities and support quality assurance.
• Prepare social workers for court and provide practice support.
• Establish strong working relationships with service users and colleagues.
• Co-work on complex cases and make recommendations for assessments.
• Drive social work agendas and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Hold a Social Work England registration.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK license.
• Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
