  • Execute outbound B2B campaigns to identify and influence key decision-makers
  • Build relationships and close sales across assigned accounts
  • Manage CRM activity with precision and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve performance
  • 4+ years of outbound B2B/B2B2C sales experience (building products preferred)
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and closing business
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Aircall, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working virtually
  • Premium hourly rate based on experience

Requirements

  • Flexible part-time schedule within peak calling hours (NO benefits)
  • Work hours may vary between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST based on client and campaign needs
  • Must be available for manager check-ins and brief team huddles during business hours
  • Campaign hours may fluctuate week to week; flexibility and reliability are key
  • Must be responsive via Teams or email during scheduled work hours
  • Maintain consistent outreach metrics and call quality standards
  • Participate in coaching or calibration sessions as requested
  • 100% remote — all technology provided
