In Short

• Support day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of HR and Finance operations.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and respond to HR inquiries.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial record maintenance.
• Review time and attendance records for payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding documentation.
• Support account reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Work closely with HR and Finance leadership.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administration, accounting, or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, payroll, or accounting systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required.
• Experience working in a multi-state or co-employment/PEO environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Responsible use of AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience with Business Central or similar systems is a plus.
