Overview

The Director of Account Management is responsible for building long-term client relationships, identifying client business goals, and building new custom linqd. solutions for his/her assigned clients. This role is also accountable for managing delivery of assigned client work on strategy, time, and budget working cross-functionally.

In Short

  • Manage delivery of client work on strategy, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Account Management on client plans and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement client marketing and sales strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions regarding client needs and program implementation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss strategy and metrics.
  • Author strategic and creative briefs for client programs.
  • Utilize business intuition to anticipate client concerns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in an account management role.
  • Prefer experience in the building industry or related multi-channel industries.
  • Marketing-related background with product or brand management experience.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and customer needs analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm outlook.
  • A personable and professional character for client rapport.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
