Requirements

  • 5+ years of applicable sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience with HR software and SaaS opportunities.
  • Knowledge of software contract terms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to gather and use data for decision making.
  • Experience in an evangelistic sales environment.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities.
  • Ability to close business with an understanding of prospect needs.
  • Experience in competitive selling.
