Overview

The Account Director will act as a trusted advisor in the Talent Solutions team, helping customers engage with LinkedIn's professional talent solutions while driving revenue and building strong relationships.

  • Experience in recruitment media and staffing industry.
  • Ability to develop strategies that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to gather and use data for decision-making.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and understand buyer needs.
  • Experience in competitive selling.
