Overview

This role involves managing relationships with LinkedIn's largest and most complex customers, focusing on campaign intelligence and strategy consultation to drive incremental revenue.

In Short

  • Build trusted relationships with clients to provide best-in-class customer experience.
  • Support customer communication and education for onboarding and platform needs.
  • Consult on all aspects of client media campaigns including targeting and performance.

  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns.
  • Renew and grow client investments through consultative selling.
  • Design account plans to meet revenue goals using technology.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales.
  • 3+ years of media sales or digital media account management experience.
  • 2+ years of programmatic campaign management experience preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of results.
  • Experience with advertising agencies and direct marketers.
  • Knowledge of full funnel marketing measurement.
  • Familiarity with financial services and technology industries.
  • Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports.
