Overview

This role focuses on transforming customer engagement through tailored training experiences, enhancing product adoption and success for LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers.

In Short

  • Facilitate tailored virtual and in-person training experiences.
  • Assess market requirements through data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Create and tailor learning materials to fit local customer needs.
  • Pilot new training approaches to increase product adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance.
  • Apply project management techniques to manage training initiatives.
  • Communicate learning program impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the Customer Learning team on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer program management or operations experience.
  • 3+ years of instructional design or training experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Instructor-Led Training.
  • Experience supporting South East Asia and Korea markets.
  • Proven ability to present to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience collaborating as part of a Global team.
  • Experience in design or learning development.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories.
