Overview

The Client Referral Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the process of client evaluations following Lingraphica’s At-Home Trial, coordinating with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), physicians, and clients.

In Short

  • Coordinate client evaluations post At-Home Trial.
  • Establish connections with qualified SLPs.
  • Articulate the At Home Trial process to SLPs.
  • Manage SLP availability for client evaluations.
  • Facilitate discussions between CTC and SLPs.
  • Prepare speech therapy referral packets.
  • Assist in scheduling evaluations with external providers.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Utilize HubSpot for data trends and recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in coordination and relationship management.
  • Understanding of speech therapy practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with AAC devices preferred.
  • Basic understanding of insurance policies preferred.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft Excel/Word, Slack preferred.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of patient navigation experience.
