Overview

The Charter Coordinator at Lindblad Expeditions is responsible for supporting charters and VIP groups by providing exceptional guest services, managing bookings, and maintaining professional relationships with charter partners.

In Short

  • Serve as the main liaison for charter communications and operations.
  • Customize arrangements and events for charter groups.
  • Create invoices and manage financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for travel documentation.
  • Manage guest manifests and special requests.
  • Participate in operational briefings.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team for charter execution.
  • Handle incoming calls and email communications.
  • Resolve guest service issues effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in group travel and expedition travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Occasional participation in sales events may be required.
