The Expedition Specialist plays a critical role in providing exceptional service and closing sales for guests wanting to experience expedition travel with Lindblad Expeditions.

In Short

• Act as the primary connection for guests and travel partners.
• Help prospective guests learn about expedition travel.
• Assist loyal past guests in planning their next adventure.
• Provide outstanding follow-up and communication via calls and emails.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of reservation systems and company policies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Collaborate with various partners including Operations and Sales & Marketing.
• Shift work including weekends and holidays is required.
• Successful candidates must complete 6 weeks of training.
• Position is remote but candidates must be located in the USA.
