Overview

The Peer Coordinator for the Queens Supervised Release Program at CJA will assist program participants and support a team of Certified Peer Specialists, focusing on recovery-oriented practices and community engagement.

In Short

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • OASAS/OMH Peer Specialist Certification required.
  • 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
  • Preferred certifications in WRAP and IPS.
  • Knowledge of NYC Court Operations preferred.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
