Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The Case Manager will work with defendants in the Queens Supervised Release Program, helping them connect with resources and support systems to reduce recidivism and improve their chances of success in the court system.

In Short

• Work with youth and adult clients (ages 16 and older).
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• 2 years of case management experience, including work with adolescents.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with in-person and remote work.
