  • Document all case activity in the central database.
  • Monitor the integrity of supplier quality metrics.
  • Interface with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify and automate processes.

Requirements

  • Prior project management, supply chain, and customer service experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
  • Capable of performing root cause analysis.
  • A self-starter who can work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
