• Looking for a talented Data Analyst embedded in the Supply domain.
• Deliver analyses, experiments, and dashboards that drive measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategies and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker.
• Analyze process/product/platform performance to improve revenue and quality.
• Specify data needs and validate data quality.
• Prepare datasets and support model evaluation for ML features.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python.
• Full-time job with home office option.

Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics or data science, ideally in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or equivalent dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with DWH concepts and applied ML experience is a plus.
• Solid foundations in probability and statistics.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Attention to data quality and detail.
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
