Overview

We are seeking a Charter Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of our clients' flight experiences, including Aircraft Owners and Block Charter Clients. This role requires exceptional client-centered customer service skills, a thorough understanding of CFR 14 Parts 91 and 135 regulations, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

In Short

  • Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating our client's needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Communicate any operational issues, as appropriate, to our clients.
  • Ability to Type at least 40WPM accurately.
  • Document and maintain compliance with contractual obligations to all Clients.
  • Receive and provide accurate quotes for charter requests.
  • Proactively resolve Client issues and disputes.
  • Analyze aircraft fleet utilization to serve the client's needs best.
  • Assist in crew scheduling and resource utilization.
  • Monitor weather and airport conditions daily.
  • Actively Flight Follow; monitoring all aircraft movements.

Requirements

  • Exceptional client-centered customer service skills.
  • Thorough understanding of CFR 14 Parts 91 and 135 regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and FOS.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type at least 40WPM accurately.
  • Experience in logistics and scheduling.
  • Attention to detail for record keeping and database maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze data for fleet utilization.
  • Experience in flight operations is a plus.
