In Short

• Oversee the full bid lifecycle, including pre-release preparation, bid analysis, final submission, and post-bid evaluations.
• Lead and manage a team of bid professionals by setting goals, defining KPIs, supporting performance processes, and fostering collaboration.
• Serve as lead proposal manager on high-priority or complex bids.
• Ensure consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment of all submissions with business objectives.
• Act as the key liaison between the proposals team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Report on bid pipeline progress, win/loss trends, and proposal quality metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in proposal management, ideally with background in city-level business-to-government (B2G) procurement.
• Demonstrated success leading government bid efforts across EMEA markets.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communicator, with experience coaching others.
• Knowledge of bid management tools and collaborative platforms.
