Overview

As a Senior Proposal Manager at Reveal Technology, you will take full ownership of the proposal lifecycle, working closely with various teams to develop compelling proposal materials that support our innovative software products for defense and security.

In Short

• Manage the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP to submission.
• Write and edit major proposal sections and integrate feedback.
• Gather and organize technical proposal content from experts.
• Communicate proposal requirements and status to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal proposal processes.
• Support bid decision conversations and analyze proposal opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing federal proposals.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for proposals.
• Understanding of Shipley proposal processes.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to various working styles under deadlines.
• Experience in a defense-focused small business (preferred).
• Experience as a technical writer (preferred).
