Lime is hiring a Pricing Program Manager to join our Rider Growth team! In this role, you will shape and execute bold, data-driven pricing solutions that fuel our global market expansion and rider engagement.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of a new subscription model.
• Design and implement A/B tests for pricing impact assessment.
• Optimize pricing structures for revenue growth and demand stimulation.
• Streamline pricing offerings to improve user engagement.
• Test and scale global pricing tactics.
• Support market-level price adjustments.
• Generate and maintain monthly forecasts for rider and revenue metrics.
• Analyze user-level metric performance against forecasts.
• Partner with Product team for promo communication enhancements.
• Define business requirements for pricing tooling enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy or data analytics.
• Ability to lead complex analytical exercises.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for pricing tasks.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.
