Lime is hiring a Head of Finance Technology to join our Finance organization! Reporting to the VP, Chief Accounting Officer, you will lead the strategy and execution of our financial systems while managing a team of Finance Technology professionals. This newly established group will centralize ownership of finance systems and drive business process design to support digital transformation across the function. You will serve as a key liaison between Finance and cross-functional partners in Engineering, Product, and Corporate Technology, defining system requirements that meet financial and compliance needs while enabling scalable growth.

In Short

• Centralize and lead the business strategy for Lime’s financial systems, driving process design and transformation across Finance.
• Define and manage the Finance Technology roadmap in alignment with Corporate Technology and business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives that automate manual financial processes and enhance forecasting.
• Act as the voice of Finance in cross-functional system and data initiatives.
• Support key company initiatives including IPO readiness and operational risk reduction.
• Grow, lead and mentor the Finance Technology team.
• Own change management efforts related to financial systems transformation.
• Ensure financial systems meet internal control and audit requirements.
• Maintain documentation, oversee UAT, and troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance systems, including ERP or FP&A platform implementation.
• Strong background in accounting principles and financial data workflows.
• Proven ability to automate and scale complex financial processes.
• Skilled at translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
