Lime is looking for a strategic, analytical, and transformational Director of Global Logistics & Distribution for its supply chain team, reporting into the Sr Director, Global Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. You will own all aspects of managing and structuring our global logistics and distribution network.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in rapidly evolving, high growth, global environments, with a track record of driving transformation, excellence and scalability. You are a collaborative business partner, with the ability to support, influence and drive strategic initiatives. You’re a dynamic leader, experienced with growing and developing a global team. In Short

• Lead annual strategic planning for global logistics and distribution.
• Assess global logistics and distribution networks.
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct cost and risk analyses across global distribution operations.
• Enhance logistics and distribution performance through metrics and KPIs.
• Lead global logistics and distribution RFPs and vendor selection.
• Oversee global customs, regulatory, duty, and tax compliance.
• Manage, develop, and grow global logistics and distribution leaders.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience managing global logistics functions.
• Excellent communication skills with experience at an executive level.

Requirements

• 10 - 15+ years of experience managing global distribution and logistics functions.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience at a senior management level.
• Experience with DG & Hazmat related packaging and transportation.
• Experience developing and implementing global logistics strategies.
• Critical and creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of distribution and logistics services within EU, NA and APAC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to educate and influence stakeholders about global operations.
• Experience with NetSuite (or other ERPs), WMS and TMS platforms.
