Director of Distribution - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Director of Distribution to drive growth and expand our presence in Texas (Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio). This is a newly created role dedicated to building strong traction in the state by developing strategic relationships with standard and non-standard independent agents and supporting our overall growth initiatives.

In Short

• Lead the Texas growth strategy, building relationships with independent agents.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with independent agents.

• Leverage Salesforce and Tableau for insights and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Texas insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, communications, marketing, finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience with a focus on auto distribution.
• Established relationships with Texas non-standard agents.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with analytics tools.
• Strong operational and sales acumen.
