Overview

As the Director, Distribution Operations EMEA at Arc’teryx, you will set the strategic direction for our warehousing and logistics network, ensuring industry-leading service levels in collaboration with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead the strategic direction for warehousing and logistics.
• Engage with Distribution Centre leaders to clarify company strategy.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Hybrid remote work available (3 days in office, 2 days at home).
• Collaborate with Amer Sports Group distribution centers.
• Build and guide a high-performing team.
• Develop a 2-5 year business roadmap for EMEA.
• Implement multi-DC set-up in Europe.
• Support the rollout of Ship-from-Store and Click and Collect functionalities.
• Identify and drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Warehousing or Logistics leadership.
• Proven record of developing warehousing strategies.
• Knowledge of change-management best practices.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience in a global business environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
