In Short

• Oversee 3PL’s operational performance and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement distribution & logistics strategies.
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with customer routing requirements.
• Report on logistics and fulfillment KPIs.
• Implement operational and financial plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop supplier relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead sustainability efforts in supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods and retail sectors.
• Strong command of Netsuite, Amazon Seller Portal, and Google Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental impact reduction.
