Lime, the world’s leader in shared micromobility, is seeking an exceptional Community Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Government Relations team. In this role, you will report into the Senior Manager of Government Relations, ANZ and take the lead in fostering meaningful connections with the communities we serve across Australia and New Zealand. You will have the opportunity to shape and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Lime’s presence, deepen community trust, and drive collaboration with key partners.

In Short

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies.
• Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, roundtables, and community events.
• Identify, build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for public and community inquiries.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding project developments.
• Collaborate with communications and marketing teams for effective messaging.
• Work closely with operations team to integrate community feedback.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in community engagement or related fields.
• A minimum of one year working directly with government.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Availability to travel frequently around Melbourne and other ANZ markets.
• Available for regular events on evenings and weekends.
