Overview

As the Senior Manager of Channel Sales, you will operate as a player/coach, leading a team of Partner Development Managers while managing strategic partner relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Directly manage high-priority partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate partner-sourced revenue.
  • Refine and execute partner acquisition strategies.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in partner development.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide reporting on partner performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel sales or partner development.
  • 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM and PRM systems.
  • Highly organized with a focus on execution.
