Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct selling experience in the SLED market.
  • Proven track record of achieving over $1M in annual quotas.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with complex sales processes and negotiations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with SLED stakeholders.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a competitive spirit.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
