Overview

The Manager of Revenue Operations will lead the RevOps function to drive operational excellence and support profitable revenue growth strategies, working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

• Lead weekly performance reviews and provide comprehensive analysis of the pipeline.
• Conduct bi-weekly deep-dive reviews focusing on New Business and Account Management performance.
• Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with GTM leaders.
• Oversee monthly quota analysis and coverage recommendations.
• Lead the quarterly reforecasting process in collaboration with Finance and GTM leadership.
• Build and develop the Revenue Operations team as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align strategies with global priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or operations; master's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a hybrid or remote environment.
• 6+ years of experience in a go-to-market environment.
• Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience leading budget and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
