Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our NOAM Sales team for our Golf division. You will be responsible for proactively managing some of Lightspeed’s largest and most strategic customers, focusing on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and helping customers achieve success with Lightspeed's products and services.

In Short

  • Proactively reach out to customers to drive product usage and add-ons.
  • Ensure successful software utilization by defining success criteria with customers.
  • Provide escalation support for customer issues.
  • Perform projects to improve customer experience and increase CSAT.
  • Identify opportunities for reference accounts and perform regular reporting.
  • Stay updated on Lightspeed products and new processes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product requests.
  • Participate in team-wide initiatives for improvement.
