In Short

  • Lead technical onboarding and ensure smooth integration of Lightrun's platform.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, providing guidance on optimal usage and debugging strategies.
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor account health and usage patterns to drive engagement and prevent churn.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within customer environments.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases and customer training materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical efforts with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience in software development with Java, Python, Node.js, or other backend languages.
  • Deep understanding of modern development environments and observability tools.
  • Proactive approach to customer success and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience using analytics to drive engagement and optimize product adoption.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
