Donation Coordinator (PM Shift) - Remote

Overview

The Donation Coordinator provides accurate, efficient, and timely donor referral and screening services for stakeholders, including tissue recovery agencies, referring hospitals, and organ procurement organizations. This role requires excellent customer service and the ability to provide grief support to potential donor families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant healthcare experience (e.g., EMT, hospital corpsman).
• Associate degree in Allied Health or related field preferred.
• CTBS Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in customer service and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
